Barrister manages over 15,000 certified technicians through advanced web-based systems, providing on-site service to every zip code within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Barrister served more than 252,000 locations throughout North America this past year alone. 
Today, Barrister serves large enterprises, small to medium-size businesses, government agencies, small offices, home offices and consumers.

Kërkesat e profilit

Meet with user departments on a regular basis to find areas of opportunity for process optimization and communicate status on open projects and requests.
•Research and test new products/settings to help optimize or eliminate manual system processing
•Develop and maintain system reporting to support organizational goals. 
•Investigate inquiries and research requests from business lines, providing day-to-day support, assistance & advice as requested.
•Troubleshoot & resolve identified incidents in a timely manner and in line with the company’s standards and service levels, with the assistance of more experienced team members on the more complex items.
•Proactively develop detailed knowledge to qualify as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on applications used by business lines
•Identify and document opportunities for process improvement.

Kualifikimet / Kërkesat

•3+ years experience
•Thorough knowledge of banking business processes
•Strong communication/project manager skills
•Ability to work independently and lead others during projects
•Experience with enterprise software configuration.
