Senior Manager - Business Process Ownership

Barrister Global Services Network Inc. is seeking a dynamic, team oriented and result driven Senior Manager – Business Process Ownership. The ideal candidate will represent the entire business, and makes a positive impact with every customer, vendor, and employee. 
A successful candidate will be able to interface with multiple teams and communicates frequently with clients on updates, information, concerns, and suggestions. You will establish a deepen relationship with clients by understanding their business objectives, and furthermore provide exemplary support as their primary contact at Barrister Global Services Network Inc.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior Manager of Business Process Ownership will be accountable for leading the strategy for implementation and optimization of critical end-to-end (E2E) processes within the Supply Chain. This position ensures the process strategy and execution aligns with SCM, Product and Client goals and objectives and that the processes meet efficiency, cost, quality and customer satisfaction objectives as aligned w/ the Annual Operating Plan.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Ownership of one E2E SCM processes within Barrister Global Services Network Inc. PSDS program including, but not limited Inventory Management & Technician Performance
Management of Barrister Global Services Network Inc. PSDS processes including operational performance, issue identification, issue communication and issue resolution
Proactive identification, management and communication of process risks, issues, opportunities and solutions
Communication & presentation of process performance and how the performance aligns with the overall business objectives
Point person for quick response on inquiries regarding process performance and improvements.
Point person for how process improvements align with AOP objectives.
Provide subject matter expertise on process performance and customer satisfaction
Provide subject matter expertise and support in the development and execution of product launches
Track process issues and trends for analysis and make recommendations for improvement
Propose and implement modifications, solutions or enhancements based on performance analysis and provide insight into tradeoffs with creativity and solid business judgment
Collaborate internally and cross-functionally to ensure successful long-term delivery of any enhancements or improvements
Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
Provides senior level resolution to internal client issues.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
 

Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in a related field such as product management, process management, or operations
Wireless experience is preferred



LANGUAGE SKILLS:
 

Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret complex instructions, correspondence, legal documents, financial reports and/or technical documents
Ability to respond effectively to clients, employees and management and handle sensitive and/or confidential communications



TECHNICAL SKILLS:
 

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Access and Power Point
Experience using statistical software a plus
Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus



MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
 

Ability to interpret complex numbers, financial data, and reports
Apply mathematical concepts to create reports and financial records and present them effectively


TRAVEL:
 

·Minimal travel is required with this position (10%).
