JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The position of Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of human resources areas, recruitment and staffing for company clients;
  • The recruitment specialist handles and provides support for various HR employee programs;
  • The responsibilities of recruitment specialists revolve around the recruitment and placement of employees; therefore, their job duties may range from screening job candidates and conducting interviews to performing background checks and providing orientation to new employees;
  • Maintaining all clients’ employee files in relation with local employment laws;
  • Advice clients for respective HR policies and procedures;
  • Drafts and prepares personalized HR programs based on clients’ industry;
  • Gathers market and customer information and  prepare proposals/offers;
  • Organizing site visits at The Headhunter clients;
  • Establishing new business;
  • Maintaining current clients;
  • Attending job fairs, conferences and meetings;
  • Responds to on-going human resources issues and queries from employee;
  • Participates in HR related projects when assigned;
  • Drafts/writes correspondence and translate as required;
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time;
  • Reviewing sales performance;
  • Reports directly to the Managing Director of the Kosovo Branch Office;

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Law, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Experience in employee relations and extensive knowledge of labor law and regulations is mandatory.
  • Problem-solving orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to reach compromise.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure, with little guidance.
  • Team player and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent ability in judging situation and initiative with little guidance.
  • Emotional maturity and ability to deal with matters of strict confidentiality.  
  • Good organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent ability in developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Verified analytical and subtle assessment skills and the ability to conduct required analysis, drafting reports and providing recommendations.
  • Objectivity and the capability to apply Human Resources policies and procedures in a fair and reliable manner.
