  • Conceptualizes and develops business and growth strategies, plans and procedures in collaboration with other members of Executive Management to advance performance of the Company;
  • Leads policy development from a strategic perspective working with the CEO and other members of the Executive Management Team;
  • Oversees all operations to ensure activities are carried out in compliance with the respective regulations and laws governing the Company’ business operations ;
  • Builds and manages strong relationships with key external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business priorities ;
  • Supports the Chief Executive in the further development of an open, engaged and learning culture;
  • Contributes to the on-going review and delivery of a staff development strategy for the organisation;
  • To be an effective Board member taking collective responsibility for the corporate governance of the organisation;
  • Supports the CEO providing leadership and develop revenue opportunities that result in profitability and corporate growth;
  • Additional responsibilities include assisting in the administration of all corporate business and policies and meeting with the Board of Directors on corporate matters to provide progress reports;
  • Regularly reviews department and annual corporate budget and overall financial performance
  • Presents company reports at Board of Director meetings and assists in directing Board planning and policy-making committees;
  • Designs and implements business operations;
  • Evaluates performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
  • Writes and submits reports to the CEO in all matters of importance;
  • Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization's products;
  • Works closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations;
  • Presents new ideas, cash flow strategies and products to CEO and Board of Directors ;
  • Supports the implementation of a system for employee salaries and benefits, and makes sure employees feel valued;
  • Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company; 
  • Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization;
  • Identifies new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments;
  • Innovate and present new commercial platforms and strategies;
  • Keeps abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement the industry’s latest technologies in developing products and update current products to include new information;
  • Maximises revenues by partnering with new and existing clients, to create and sell just the right advertising solutions to fulfil each of their unique needs;
  • The role will require a combination of strong technical solution selling skills with strong marketing and business development skills;
  • The CCOO will draft, implement and evaluate cross-functional decisions that will enable the company to achieve its long-term objectives;
  • Develops strategic direction and plans for the company with regard to all commercial functions including sales, marketing, business development and customer support/customer experience;
  • Manages sales pipeline to ensure accurate and adequate lead inflow to reach targeted sales objectives;
  • Develops and monitor quality metrics to ensure outstanding service and customer support;
  • Identifies and develop new market opportunities for the company’s product portfolio;
  • Develops and drive the pricing strategy of the organization;
  • Leads development of the company’s commercial strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth with a particular emphasis on cost-effective customer acquisition and market demand generation;
  • Originates and manages business development opportunities that are consistent with the company’s strategy for revenue growth;
  • Implements tracking, monitoring and analyses of sales activity and performance to ensure profitability, ultimately integrating robust commercial processes across all relevant departments including marketing, development and project management;

  • Strong financial management acumen and proficiency in financial statement understanding and analysis.

  • Ability to lead, inspire and manage a team successfully with a focus on both development and delegation.
  • Deep understanding of changing market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English Language.
  • Driving License category B.
