JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintain accurate, timely and compliant property records in the property management software;
  • Assure compliance to property regulations and building Policies and Procedures;
  • Communicate clearly, maintain helpful and professional attitude representative of the property and proactive approach to compliance with minimal supervision;
  •  Provide back-up support to other property personnel;
  • Be familiar with and understand applicable property regulations, policies and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.);
  • Ensure that all rents and late fees/check charges are collected, posted and deposited in a timely manner;
  • Generate necessary legal action, documents and process in accordance with Company guidelines;
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times;
  • Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed and input to software System accurately and on a timely basis;
  • Deal with resident concerns and requests on timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management;
  • Ensure distribution of all company or community-issued notices (i.e., bad weather, emergency, etc.);
  • Maintain community appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on timely basis;
  • Assure quality and quantity of market ready apartments;
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • University degree in relevant fields like: Management, Marketing, Law, Business Administration, etc.
  • Yardi experience would be considered an advantage.
  • Position requires a minimum of 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances. 
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English Language with the ability to interact at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, depending on project schedules;
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications.
  • Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws.
  • Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook .
