A2 është një televizion informativ me qendër në Tiranë, partner ekskluziv i gjigandit mediatik botëror CNN. Televizioni nisi transmetimet në Dhjetor 2018. Raportimi i lajmit të fundit, transmetimi në kohë reale nga vendngjarja, lidhjet direkte nga vendi, rajoni dhe bota, si edhe analizat e thelluara pofesionale, janë bazë e programacionit ditor. A2 CNN solli risi në treguan informativ shqiptar falë bashkëpunimit me liderin teknologjik AVID. Platforma mediatike Avid Media Central mundëson përpunimin, kontrollin dhe transmetimin në kohë reale të informacionit. Gjithashtu, falë paketave grafike të përpunuar nga kompania prestigjioze Renderon, televizioni A2 arrin të paraqitet vizualisht në lartësinë dhe standardin e partnerit CNN. A2, krahas programacionit origjinal, ka të drejtën e riprodhimit dhe transmetimit të programeve dhe të dokumentarëve të CNN. Për të përzgjedhur stafin e televizionit A2, janë intervistuar më shumë se 500 profesionistë të medias në Shqipëri. Të përzgjedhurit i janë nënshtruar një trajnimi intensiv dhe shumë profesional, në aspektin editorial dhe atë teknik, të udhëhequr nga gazetarët dhe producëntët më në zë të CNN. A2 CNN transmeton më shumë informacion në kohë reale se çdo televizion tjetër informativ në Shqipëri. Së shpejti televizioni pritet të shtrijë rrjetin e dedikuar të transmetimit edhe në Kosovë dhe Maqedoninë e Veriut.

A2 is a CNN exclusive news channel affiliate headquartered in a major production center in Tirana.

A2 aims at raising the standards’ bar in the Albanian news and information delivery by changing the media reality and offering a fast, accurate and credible news source.

The channel will feature the latest technology in the media sector and it will rely on CNN’s expertise in training and developing its professional team.

A2, CNN exclusive news channel affiliate, is looking for both experienced professionals and talented youngsters, who are eager to learn and show highest integrity.

We are looking for an experienced professional with an editorial background and qualifications:

Journalist

The “Journalist’ is responsible for researching, writing, capturing visual content and editing stories for multiple platforms.

Fluent Bilingual (spoken and written) in Albanian and English.

Kërkesat e profilit

To receive assignment or evaluates news leads and news tips to develop story ideas,
To gather and verify factual information regarding stories through interview, observation, and research,
To review copy and correct errors in content, grammar and punctuation, following prescribed editorial style and formatting guidelines, determines a story’s emphasis, length and format, and organizes material accordingly,
To shoot video and still photos to illustrate stories,
To edit, or assist in editing, videos for all multimedia platforms,
To appear on television program when conducting taped interview or narration,
To give live reports from site of event or mobile broadcast unit,
To work cooperatively with cameraman or video editor assigned to story,
To assist news producer in preparing newscast,
To report, write, capture quality visual content, edit and produce stories for multiple platforms on deadline, such as Internet and digital channels,
To gather information about events through research, interviews, experience or attendance at political, news, sports, artistic, social or other functions,
To pitch stories to news managers and news producers which are relevant to the local community,
To discuss issues with producers and/or news managers to establish priorities or positions,
To revise work to meet editorial approval or to fit time requirements,
To ensure that all content meets company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality,
To write stories for the web and other Media platforms,
To constantly generate and maintain reliable sources of information,
To decide on the most appropriate angle to approach the story,
To record interviews - in person, or through telephone or studio links - and sometimes conducting them live,
To find appropriate images or sounds - either by recording fresh material, or retrieving them from library stock,
To efficiently use systems and technology implemented by A2,
To respond to breaking news or events by covering live from the scene.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications or a related field,
At least 2 years newsroom experience,
Excellent news-gathering and reporting skills,
Attention to detail,
Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment,
Fluent in all social media channels,
Willingness to work nights and weekends,
Computer literacy required,
Videography and editing experience preferred,
Knowledge of broadcast quality camera equipment,
A clear and professional broadcasting voice.
