A2 është një televizion informativ me qendër në Tiranë, partner ekskluziv i gjigandit mediatik botëror CNN. Televizioni nisi transmetimet në Dhjetor 2018. Raportimi i lajmit të fundit, transmetimi në kohë reale nga vendngjarja, lidhjet direkte nga vendi, rajoni dhe bota, si edhe analizat e thelluara pofesionale, janë bazë e programacionit ditor. A2 CNN solli risi në treguan informativ shqiptar falë bashkëpunimit me liderin teknologjik AVID. Platforma mediatike Avid Media Central mundëson përpunimin, kontrollin dhe transmetimin në kohë reale të informacionit. Gjithashtu, falë paketave grafike të përpunuar nga kompania prestigjioze Renderon, televizioni A2 arrin të paraqitet vizualisht në lartësinë dhe standardin e partnerit CNN. A2, krahas programacionit origjinal, ka të drejtën e riprodhimit dhe transmetimit të programeve dhe të dokumentarëve të CNN. Për të përzgjedhur stafin e televizionit A2, janë intervistuar më shumë se 500 profesionistë të medias në Shqipëri. Të përzgjedhurit i janë nënshtruar një trajnimi intensiv dhe shumë profesional, në aspektin editorial dhe atë teknik, të udhëhequr nga gazetarët dhe producëntët më në zë të CNN. A2 is a CNN exclusive news channel affiliate headquartered in a major production center in Tirana.

A2 aims at raising the standards’ bar in the Albanian news and information delivery by changing the media reality and offering a fast, accurate and credible news source.

The channel will feature the latest technology in the media sector and it will rely on CNN’s expertise in training and developing its professional team.

A2, CNN exclusive news channel affiliate, is looking for both experienced professionals and talented youngsters, who are eager to learn and show highest integrity.

We are looking for an experienced professional with an editorial background and qualifications:

News Camera Operator

The ‘News Camera Operator’ job position photojournalists who record video of news interest for television and online media outlets.

Fluent Bilingual (spoken and written) in Albanian and English.

Kërkesat e profilit

To control physically camera equipment both in studio and on location,
To work with directors to determine all aspects of shots,
To provide practical and creative input to scene planning,
To select, assemble and position equipment (cameras, stands, software etc.),
To capture high quality and attractive images,
To work with digital, electronic cameras and produce required shots by combining the use of complex technology with creative visual skills,
To maintain camera and clean up pictures as needed,
To shoot scenes according to requirements,
To collaborate with makeup artists, lighting and sound staff to produce the best final effect,
To assemble, prepare and set up equipment prior to filming, which may include tripods, monitors, lighting, cables and leads and headphones,
To be prepared to innovate and experiment with ideas,
To work quickly, especially as timing is such an important factor,
To take sole responsibility in situations where only one camera operator is involved in the filming,
To drive crew and equipment to and from locations,
To travel to different locations depending on assignments,
To operate on 3G/4G wireless mobile live reporting units.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Journalism, Media Production, Communications, Arts, Photography, Film or Television or a related field,
At least 2 years of experience in media market,
Experience operating relevant equipment (cameras, cranes etc.),
Ability to understand and follow camera scripts,
Ability to think and act quickly,
To demonstrate a good awareness of health and safety issues,
Physical strength to carry heavy equipment and stamina,
Excellent color vision and hearing.
Driving license and good driving track record
