JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supports development of policies and procedures for retail.
  • Ensures reputation and branding of the company stores is kept at the highest level .
  • Ensures availability of service in all company shops as per set schedule.
  • Proposes new products/services or extension of current ones to meet demands of the retail customers.
  • Ensures, that in cooperation with the Sales Support, customer complaints are dealt with in timely and fashion manner.
  • Ensures availability of promotional material and stock in company stores.
  • Assists higher management in preparation of the companies’ strategy.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates operations of the respective unit.
  • Implements company’s strategy in order to achieve highest results.
  • Identifies development needs for staff.
  • Coaches and mentors staff as appropriate to improve performance.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are correctly implemented on a timely manner.
  • Performs any/all other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager within area of responsibility.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • University Degree in the field Business related discipline.
  • Required Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of: Retail business
  • Market structure of Kosovo Sales techniques, principles and methods of presenting, promoting, and selling products, computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office package and outlook.
  • Required working experience:
  • Sales Experience min 3 years.
  • Specific Physical and mental Characteristics required:
  • Skills in oral and written communication.
  • Ability to negotiate with others and resolve conflicts, particularly in sensitive situations.
  • Ability to make sound decisions using available information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to create team environment and sustain employee commitment.
  • Ability to coach and develop employees.
  • Ability to pay close attention to details and to ensure accuracy of reports and data.
  • Fluent in Albanian and English language.
