Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering

Work Experience: Minimum 8 years

Responsibilities / Përgjegjësitë

Experience in General Maintenance of buildings/Housing complexes
Demonstrates expertise in Civil works-Maintenance and maintenance civil components
Assist to establish coordinates and controls the assigned Civil works maintenance activities
Reports and reviews with superior issues, concerns, work practices, SOP and guidelines to ensure effective operation, maintenance as well as the safety and security of all systems, machinery/ equipment and field personnel interfaces effectively with personnel from within and outside the Unit in order to resolve issues and achieve work
