DUTIES:

Process management:

  • Continuous process improvement (analysis, audit, improvement propositions);
  • Local working procedure definition and maintenance;
  • Everyday problem solving with all CRM users, buffer between local users and Group COO for technical problems, inquiries and requests for change or new developments;
  • Requirements gathering from all departments, analysis and solutions design;
  • New CRM functionality description and deployment management;
  • New CRM business acceptance/testing;
  • Providing management/ related departments / performing team with on-time updates on procedures / new functionalities / other information needed to assure processes;
  • Responsible for local development priority list;
  • Awareness of legal requirements (stay updated about all legal and regulatory compliance issues in order to follow the processes);
  • Compliance report;
  • Production report;
  • Ad-hoc reports;
  • Archieve logic creation, update and follow-up.

CRM management

  • Manage users and roles;
  • Manage loan product parameters;
  • Manage document templates;
  • Manage collection companies/internal collection settings (excluding sending to collection and supervising);
  • Manage overdue settings;
  • Manage bonuses values;
  • Manage classifier;
  • Manage settings;
  • Fulfill overdue manager role;
  • Internal databases management (employers, PER and etc.);
  • Integration management (post, payment institutions, partners and etc.); project manager in new integrations.

Software/hardware management:

  • Website administration (excl. context);
  • E-mails administration;
  • CallCenter service management, backup and recovery;
  • SMS service management, backup and recovery;
  • Local server management, backup and recovery;
  • Domain administration;
  • Lead purchase of IT equipment (definition of rules/business requirements and they fullfillment monitorting);
  • Lead purchase of IT services (definition of rules/business requirements and they fullfillment monitorting);
  • First line support for all IT issues (PC, connectivity, telephones and etc.);
  • Follow-up of internet service in all branches, credentials and configurations;
  • Follow-up on all technical devices.

Kërkesat e profilit

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Financial Institutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of  the financial sector and operations.
  • IT & Communication.
  • Excellent, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Extended knowledge, understanding and application of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and able to develop operational and strategic plans to improve the performance and processes.
  • Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills, in both Albanian and English as a minimum.
