Profesionisti Recruitment Agency is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Recruitment Manager. In this role, you will be accountable to manage the full recruitment process, whilst enhancing the reputation of the company with clients.

Kërkesat e profilit

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Research into potential customer staffing necessities.
  • Research into competitors and market place.
  • Define job description and document specifications.
  • To proactively service the needs of clients and, in particular, ensure that quality of the clients’ recruitment campaigns and the customer satisfaction levels always exceed expectations.
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
  • Create a candidate persona for each open position.
  • Conduct confidential interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Follow-up references and check credits.
  • Communicate with Recruitment Manager for shortlisting the candidates.
  • Present shortlisted candidates.
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries.
  • Research and develop recruiting leads.
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
  • Advise clients on best recruiting practices.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
  • Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

Tjetër (Opsionale)

We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Business oriented.
  • Proven track record as a Recruitment Manager, preferably in the recruitment consultancy and/or human resources sectors.
  • Ability to handle different projects in the same time.
  • Proven communication skills; able to convey the messages in a clear, concise and professional manner.
  • Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
  • Good knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
  • Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail; demonstrating attentiveness to all aspects of a task or process, alert and accurate.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must be fluent in English.
