For our Client, an international company that provides generic IT services – software as a service based in Kosovo we are looking for:

      COUNTRY SALES MANAGER - KOSOVO

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a high-performing Country Sales Manager to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives in Kosovo. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans as well as for coordinating efforts of a small local team.

  • Clients acquisition and relationship management
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing products
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base in Kosovo
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring market, internal costs
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge about fleet management industry; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
  • Coordination of local team activities – administration, invoicing, reporting to Head Office

Kërkesat e profilit

  • At least 5 years working experience of which at least 1 years in a management role (sales management, logistics management, project management, key account management role
  • Experience preferably from logistics / transport (acting as the logistics / fleet manager or similar role) or auto industry (acting as a KAM for fleet sales to clients and partners from logistic / transport companies) or leasing companies, specialized in fleet financing;
  • Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
  • Ability to manage projects and coordinate various external and internal team efforts;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Autonomous self-starter with the ability to motivate himself and the team;
  • University degree;
  • At least intermediate-level English skills required, German language skills a plus;
  • Driving license;
