For our organization we are looking for a: Customer Relationship Representative.

SUMMARY:

The Customer Relationship Representative is a role within the eService Department. The CRR will be responsible for customer’s relationship, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions. This position reports directly to the eService Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Recognizes the needs of the customers and provides detailed information to the customer about the eALEAT Services offered by the company.
  2. Investigates new opportunity and makes recommendations to improve the products.
  3. Provides support after eALEAT Services have been implemented.
  4. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
  5. Prepares reports on the sales activity and performance with the frequency needed.
  6. Checks inventory for Card Readers to ensure orders are in stock.
  7. Advises customers on different matters related to eALEAT Services and recommends appropriate solution.
  8. Ensures quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of Aleat' systems and processes.
  9. Participates in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
  10. Other duties as assigned.

Ostalo (Opciono)

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:                      

  1. University Degree in Business Administration or other related field;
  2. Minimum of 2 years Customer Relationship experience or equivalent work experience;
  3. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel & Word;
  4. Excellent knowledge of English language written and spoken;
  5. Good verbal and written communication skills: able to prepare reports, to write clearly and informatively; able to speak clearly, good presentation skills;
  6. Demonstrates integrity in every aspect of work;
  7. Works well under pressure;
  8. Results orientated;
  9. Contributes to team and company success;
  10. Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills;
  11. Demonstrated ability to evaluate customers’ needs and individual workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills;
  12. Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and in the field;
  13. Ability to travel as required;
  14. Driving License B Category;
