Job Description

For our Client, an international non-bank microfinance institution based in Tirana, are looking for:  
 

PARTNER RELATION MANAGER – TIRANA

  • Ensure that the Business Partners is serviced;
  • Constantly identify potential new Business Partners;
  • Ensure that the Business Partners are fully equipped to sell all products (printer, scanner, client cards and accessibility in our service);
  • Determine training needs per existing and new Business Partners and to complete such training;
  • Formulate new sales strategies best suited to each specific dealer;
  • Maintain strong business relationships with all Business Partners;
  • Submit the requisite management reports as and when required;
  • Monitor, measure and evaluate Business Partner procedures with the view of constant improvement;
  • Liaise with Credit experts and finance departments to ensure efficient business processes;
  • To constantly be aware of changing market conditions, product development and competitor’s abilities;
  • Communicate with Business Partners to ensure an open relationship at all times;
  • To constantly be aware of potential new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer account management, in financial institutions;
  • Proven track record in a sales and customer service environment;
  • Proven ability and experience in dealing with senior executives without supervision;
  • Driving license and having his own car;
  • Able to work under pressure and available to work even out of Tirana;
  • Fluency in English.
