• Merchandising and sale of commercial packages for the portfolio of the OTC division and health products at Kosovo market;
• Planning the work according to instructions received and daily working on the field in horizontal coordination with commercial and expert associates;
• Daily decision making for potential buyers and type of products that are to be offered;
• Providing additional control in placing the products (by their most adequate positioning) monitoring the sale and indicating its potentials and flaws;
• Placing POP materials and collecting information on the activities of the competition;
• Constant improvement and continued innovation in daily operational activities in order to increase the individual and corporate performance.

• Secondary education/ university degree;
• Basic knowledge of the MS Office package;
• Knowledge of English;
• Working experience with trade marketing in FMCG or in a pharmaceutical company will be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
• Skills for communication and building constructive relations;
• Independent and team work capability;
• Conflict management capability;
• Capability for perception of details and developed sense of esthetics;
• Patience and persistence in realization of aims;
• Valid driver’s license and possessing own vehicle is must.
