For our headquarters in Tirana we are looking for a:
Junior Visual Designer
You will be part of our Digital Strategy & Design department, which today has more than 80 people including Interaction Designer, UI Designer, Content and Social Strategist and a research team dedicated to User Experience and User Centered Design.       
You will be engaged in a close collaboration with the Design Team, helping to plan and define the digital experience of users of products and services. 
In addition, you will work with several experienced professionals in a wide range of skills, ranging from creativity to delivery. 
Collaborate daily with the team in all areas of your competence, gradually demonstrating more and more skills in the management of a project at every stage, alongside a senior.
Plan with your tutor a growth path aimed at enhancing your professionalism, thanks to multiple training opportunities and the possibility of obtaining professional certifications.

 

~~Your profile
• At least 1 year of experience in UI design and Visual Design, for projects in the digital environment (web, tablet, mobile) and visual communication. 
• Knowledge of the dynamics and rules of communication, even offline.
• Strong creativity and an innate propensity for innovation, characteristics that you can translate both in visual communication projects and in those of UI.
• Excellent skills and passion for the User Interface and Interaction Design, as well as for communication and Visual Design.
• You are updated on the latest trends in UI, Visual Design and communication, and you also care about the social world and Digital Marketing. 
• Knowledge of the Adobe CC Suite, Sketch and use Principle and / or After Effects for Motion Design.

• Knowledge of the basics and potential of markup languages (like HTML and CSS).
• Good knowledge of English, both written and oral.
• Good knowledge of italian will be considered a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you can work in a team and under the supervision of a Senior Digital Art Director or directly from a Creative Director.
• Ability to define priorities in the workplace, without sacrificing attention to detail and quality.
• Motivated towards counseling as a professional choice, mentally open, curious and gifted with enthusiasm and energy.
