Job Description

Profesionisti Recruitment Agency part of Çelësi Media Group, on behalf of our Client, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Key Account Manager

Summary of the position: The Key Account Manager will oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.

 

Requirements

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company;
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and bringing in new clients;
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling;
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to his supervisor;
  • Other duties that might be assigned considering the position.

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree (Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field)
  • Proven experience as key account manager;
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player;
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories;
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
