Job Description

Profesionisti Recruitment Agency on behalf of our Client, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of General Director. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination and control of activity.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Develops business strategy and ensures its successful implementation, in order to meet/exceed the key objectives of the Company.
  • Ensures continuous increase of sales through implementation of an effective plan, staff development and management. Monitors sales, profits and the growth of all the areas.
  • Works collaboratively with management team to foster a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • Manage, delegate and monitor all administrative functions.
  • Prepares yearly budget plan of company and controls the company’s expenses ensuring compliance with the approved budget.
  • Establish and maintain very good  relationship with key clients and work with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Responsible for the hiring, supervision, evaluation, support and corrective actions to ensure work performance and efficiency of all company operations.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years working experience  in leadership positions and at least 3+ of experience in sales.

Skills:

  • Ability to think and act strategically, and proactive.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate staff.
  • Effective communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Very good in sales. Passion for success.
  • Strong team building skills .
  • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically;
  • Require high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Fluent English. Good Knowledge of Italian Language it should be considered an advantage.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office;
