JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for ensuring that the Board has all the information necessary to properly exercise its responsibilities and report on a timely basis, on all relevant information regarding the company’s operations, and developing and presenting alternatives and recommending courses of action to the Board for its consideration.
  • Responsible for leading the development and execution of long-term strategies, with the goal of increasing shareholder value.
  • Representing the strategic orientation, mission and vision of the company and setting the goals for the operative business.
  • Coordinating and developing all departments and ensuring that the operational and strategic goals are achieved.
  • Responsible for managing and development of the company with over 300 employees and represent it externally.
  • Lead the young team of employees in Prishtina purposefully and result oriented.
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, fast recognition and implementation of trends, continuous development and optimization of services as well as the consistent orientation of development activities to customer requirements, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
  • Another focus will be in the sales area. Developing both new business and current accounts through business development research to create growth in sales.

Απαιτήσεις

DESIRED PROFILE

  • University degree (social sciences or economics) with executive management training.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, change-management and leadership.
  • Extensive management experience, preferably in Call Center, Customer Care or a related industry, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve targets of a similar size company.
  • Strong customer orientated.
  • Effective influencing & communication skills with both internal & external stakeholders at all decision-making levels.
  • Strong networking.
  • Excellent written & spoken German and English, relevant foreign languages desirable.
  • Purposeful, strategic and solution-oriented leader.
  • Clean record
