MAIN OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and organization of work in the logistics sector in accordance with legal regulations, environmental protection programs and company rules;
• Coordination of the work of logistics staff (e.g. drivers) according to availability and requirements;
• Plan and track the delivery of goods according to customer requirements;
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce;
• Checking the quality and quantity of goods during entry/exit and ensuring proper organization of goods inside the warehouse;
• Recording and reporting of goods received: shortages in goods, excess merchandise, damaged goods, absence of statements or instructions;
• Participation in annual inventory, control and quality;

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven working experience as a logistics manager/coordinator.
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and track multiple processes.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
• Fluent in English and/or Serbian.
• Driver license – B category.
• Pharmacy technician (preferable).        

REMUNERATION/ SALARY:   Competitive.
