Opis posla

The Human Resources manager will manage an HR operation which is estimated to be more than 400 headcount, to include headquarters and operational units across the country.

Together with his/her team, the Human Resources Director will be responsible for providing direction and leading development efforts to create a modern organization in terms of human capital and talent capability to meet strategic and annual business objectives .

This includes the coordination and implementation of systems, processes, policies and programs regarding recruitment, organizational development, succession planning, talent development, management and employee training, employment, compensation & benefits and labor relations.

The Human Resources Director will be in charge for leading negotiations with work councils and authorities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

 

  • To create, together with the other members of the management, a great place to work;
  • Work with the management team to build a culture of engagement and inclusion where all employees feel valued and are able to contribute their best work.
  • Work closely with the CEO, as an unbiased counselor with authority based on knowledge and experience;
  • Add commercial value to the business by:
  • Functional leadership.
  • Contributing to the business on a broad front.
  • Create a "continuous development" mode for the company as a whole;
  • Responsible for the company employee HR review and Leadership Development annual processes, training aimed at developing and maintaining: succession plans, talent development and assess organization current and future needs;
  • Ensure that all actions are in compliance with the company’s Code of Ethics and International Business Practices;
  • Responsible for communicating the people strategy to the organization. Develop and implement employee communications programs needed for the free flow of information and ideas, and to address employee questions and concerns;
  • Develop a comprehensive workforce plan defining the company’s present and future requirements. Develop the operating plans involving Human Resource issues;
  • Execute recruitment at all required levels of company’s needs;
  • Work with First line managers to attract, develop and retain highly qualified people needed to meet the objectives;
  • Be responsible for developing focused programs for identifying and developing high potential talent and early career next generation leaders;
  • Be responsible for the creating of the annual training program, executing;
  • Implement effective career planning, counseling and training, and professional and technical development;
  • Control the cost of Labor and assume full responsibility for the execution of the relevant budget lines;
  • In co-ordination with the CEO, implement and administer a competitive employee benefits program. Effectively communicate the value of the extensive benefits to employees as a part of their total compensation;
  • Drive performance management processes and align compensation programs with the pay for performance culture;
  • Manage the budget for human resources and prioritize activities and investments
  • Manage and secure the accuracy of payroll and payroll reporting;
  • Review periodically the HR procedures and policies to be up to date with the market and legal developments.

  • Providing all requested reports;
  • Actively participate in company meetings.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • College  degree (MBA preferred);
  • Excellent teamwork skills and flexibility in human relations;
  • English fluent;
  • Highly computer skilled;
  • Excellent  communicational skills;
  • Methodical and organized;
  • Honesty and integrity.
