For our client, an international bank, in Prishtina, Kosovo we are looking for:

HEAD OF CARDS AND ALTERNATIVE DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS’ (ADC) OPERATIONS DIVISION– PRISHTINA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for writing/updating Procedures in regards to ATM, POS, Card Business and Call Center, and making sure they are in line with existing laws, regulations and group requirements.
  • Responsible for leading implementation of all projects in regards to Card Business (Visa, Master Card, POS, E-commerce and ATM’s).
  • In regards to Fraud Monitoring – making decisions/proposals for further actions related to different fraud activities.
  • Responsible for on-going update as far as Cards and International regulations are concerned.
  • Ability to co-ordinate all department activities in line with the developments and the structure of the bank.
  • Responsible for proper managing and close monitoring of Card and ADC Operations Department staff and the whole department workflow.
  • Planning and following budget for all department projects.
  • Regular reporting on Card and ADC Business Activity.

Traženi uslovi

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • University degree in Economics or Business Administration.
  • Excellent writing and speaking Albanian and English language.
  • Nine years of banking experience at Card Operations and ADC business.
  • Being familiar with master card and VISA rules.
  • Managerial experience at least five years.
  • Good interpersonal and perfect written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office.
