For our Client an international and innovative company that provides software development services and content protection software to the audiovisual and entertainment industry, in Tirana, Albania we are looking for:

BUSINESS ASSISTANT - TIRANA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage routine tasks with partners and clients;
  • Constant communication with the accountant;
  • Providing bills and invoices to the accountant;
  • Making payments for the company and archiving bills and invoices;
  • Responsible for the cash register;
  • Responsible for the Post-office box;
  • Study the market for different projects;
  • Communicate with third parties to find solutions to different scenarios of problems;
  • Responsible for the 3-rd party services and providers (internet, phone, etc.);
  • Responsible for office supplies (also other supplies: water, coffee, cleaning supplies, etc.);
  • Management of the staff and coordination of the off days and holidays;
  • Management of special events and deliveries;
  • Create and maintain reports to superiors, co-workers and partners;

Traženi uslovi

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or similar field;
  • Master Degree is an advantage;
  • Free of any ongoing studies during the period of employment;
  • Eloquent, persuasive and with a professional appearance;
  • Fluent in English (obligatory), any other languages are a plus;
  • Advanced managerial and computing skills;
  • Advanced organizational skills in completing tasks with priority levels;
  • Advanced understanding in easy legal subjects related to work position;
  • Efficient, accurate, dedicated and a fast learner.
