  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options;
  • Initiation, organization and attending meetings with potential clients: IT companies, IT departments of various companies, It professionals, any other proffesionals that would like to attend IT related education and certification;
  • Understanding customers' diverse, specific IT related business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;
  •  Answering any questions about products and service the client might have;
  •  Preparing offers for the clients;
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities;
  • Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by direct communication with clients and through attending events;
  • Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;       
  • Developing annual business plan for sales, marketing and promotion, human resources (trainers) and finances,   All business plans must be approved and accepted by management team ;   
  • Recommending price policy, quarterly and annual targets;
  • Identifies service improvements or new products based on industry trends, market activities, and competitors;
  • Ensuring quality of service by developing detailed knowledge of offered services;
  • Ensuring quality of service by following all rules and procedures determined by vendors
  • Preparing daily, weekly, quarterly and annual reports for the management team;
  • Ability to select potential IT PRO trainers and to negotiate working conditions with them, under the already predetermined company policies and rules;
  • Ability to create a team of trainers that will serve Albanian market.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 year experience in IT training and certification;
  • Understanding and knowledge about products and technologies offered by Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Java, Autodesk, Adobe;
  • Fluent English and Albanian language, both spoken and written;
  • Driving license is a must. Ability to travel to Macedonia or other countries;
  • Previous management education, soft skills education, or sales skills education will be a strong asset. 

Bonus: The candidate will get up to 5% of direct profit according achievement of target
