For our Client, an international non-bank microfinance institution based in Tirana, are looking for:  



·         Ensure that the Business Partners is serviced

·         Constantly identify potential new Business Partners

·         Ensure that the Business Partners are fully equipped to sell all products (printer, scanner, client cards and accessibility in our service)

·         Determine training needs per existing and new Business Partners and to complete such trainings

·         Formulate new sales strategies best suited to each specific dealer

·         Maintain strong business relationships with all Business Partners

·         Submit the requisite management reports as and when required

·         Monitor, measure and evaluate Business Partner procedures with the view of constant improvement

·         Liaise with Credit experts and finance departments to ensure efficient business processes

·         To constantly be aware of changing market conditions, product development and competitor’s abilities

·         Communicate with Business Partners to ensure an open relationship at all times

·         To constantly be aware of potential new sales opportunities

Kërkesat e profilit

·         Experience in customer account management, in financial institutions

·         Proven track record in a sales and customer service environment

·         Proven ability and experience of dealing with senior executives without supervision

·         Driving license and having his own car

·         Able to work under pressure and available to work even out of Tirana

·         Fluency in English.
