For our Client a national company of trade in spare parts for vehicles, auto repair service and retail in Prishtina, Kosovo we are looking for:




  • Establish rules and procedures to be followed by the company’s staff in order safeguard the company’s assets;
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures;
  • Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives;
  • Active involvement on new products launches, services and agreements to be applied by the company;
  • Contribute to the implementation process of the accounting system relevant to the company’s’ requirements;
  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of financial control procedures;

Funds Management

  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment;
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements;
  • Maintain banking relationships;

Financial Analysis

  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans;
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action;
  • Advise on different tax issues and provide strategies that the company should take in order to comply with tax regulation;
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken;
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness;
  • Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.

Kërkesat e profilit


  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, Master’s degree is preferred;
  • Proven working experience above 5 years in the finance area;
  • Prior management experience is preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management;
  • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft package and English language;
