For our Client well established international company from food processing industry, we are looking for: 


Duties & Responsibilities

Key account manager plays a key in the sales team, coordinating all aspects of sales towards the key accounts, and the potential key account customers on the local market. Manages the sales and collection from the local key accounts. Manages, coordinates and cooperates with the merchandises in relation to product facings, orders, promotional activities and etc. Reports to the Sales & Marketing Director. 

Secure & Develop Sales

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Collects orders, manages and coordinates the order collection of the merchandizers from the key accounts.
  • In coordination with the Merchandizer, proposes marketing plan and sales strategy for the key accounts.
  • Ensures the execution of the marketing and promotional plan within the key accounts.
  • Constantly works on improvement and growth of sales within the existing, as well as new key accounts.
  • Communicates with the key accounts to ensure payments are paid on time, organizes promotional activities, new product enlisting etc.
  • Attend weekly meetings with members of the Sales team.
  • Sends weekly sales and performance report to the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Identify and report on business opportunities, as well as concerns.
  • Chase overdue payments on a weekly basis, and convey status of payments to the Sales & Marketing Director.

  • Identify and recommend key areas for improvement related to his job and job position.
  • Report weekly on sales performance against budget/forecast and comment variances.
  • Communicate Sales Results to the Sales & Marketing Director daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and on annual basis.


  • Adaptability; Rigor; Good organizational skills; Strong communication skills; Proactive and flexible; Meeting deadlines; Team player; 
  • Correct English (speaking and writing);
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word).
  • University Degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience on similar or same position in food industry
