  •  Improve and maximize the efficiency of company operations through the creation of a new market according to the approved plan;
  •  Preparation of detailed reports and evaluation of potential opportunities for business improvement in the market through strengthening cooperation with existing and initiating cooperation with new partners;
  • Monitoring implementation of the plan of cooperation with existing and new partners;
  •  Responsible for maintaining qualitative relationships with customers;
  • Responsible for maintaining qualitative relationships with external partners and agencies;
  • In charge of negotiations with potential partners;
  •  Responsible for creating positive corporate image;
  • Effectiveness and efficiency of business development in the market;
  •  Positive / proper assessment of state institutions, certification bodies and auditors and key buyers;
  • Responsible for the realization of the set goals and action plans for business development in the market;
  •  Responsible for managing and improving processes;
  • Responsible for the company's resources engaged and entrusted him to manage;
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of cooperation with all sectors of the company;
  •  Responsible for maintaining a good attitude and behavior and setting an example and motivating employees to perform in accordance with the company’s values and present themselves within and outside the company;
  •  Development and implementation of business development strategies in the market;
  • Defining coverage plans and the introduction of a system for monitoring the overall effectiveness ;
  • Working with a team of sales and detailer in order to achieve adequate sales skills (on the job training);
  • Implementation of the commercial policies;
  • Creating a specific agreement / contract with the customer;
  • Making regular monthly action plans, volume/value in accordance with the needs of the supply chain, finance department;
  • Defining regular monthly / quarterly / "rolling" plan activities;
  • Based on monthly / quarterly / "rolling" plan activities with the principal, the anticipation of the volume / value in accordance with the needs of the SC, Finance;
  •  Selection of candidates for open positions;
  • Defining the on-boarding plan and plan of functional training for all positions;
  •  Evaluation and regular feedback on all positions;
  • Setting up the basics of organizational culture and values;
  • Monitoring the results of implemented strategies, draw conclusions, proposals and measures for further improvement of results;
  • Operational meetings with the team with the aim of reviewing the results, the status of implementation plans, audit plans and take corrective action;
  • Securely strengthening the company’s values through personal examples of the implementation of the plan and activites in this area in cooperation with all members of the company and the company’s management where the employee works;
  •  Performs other tasks delegated by the line manager;

Kërkesat e profilit


  • University Degree in the relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience and knowledge of FMCG.
  • Fluent English (Fluent spken and written).
  • Knowledge of Serbo-Croat language is an advantage.
  • Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Browser).
  • Very good communication and negotiation Skills.
  • Driving License, Category B.
