  • Tasks branch employees according to their personal knowledge and abilities as well as branch needs by respecting the sale and non-sale service divisions; whenever necessary makes tasking changes within teams.
  • Closely monitors the relationship between the clients and branch employees.
  • Ensures that clients receive graciously and referre to adequate units related to their transactions.
  • Plans branch activities within foreseen targets, guides employees in line with these targets and ensures high level of continuous motivation by emphasizing the importance of teamwork.
  • Chairs the branch loan committee. It has the authorization to decide on the allocation of commercial loan, consumer loan, overdraft etc. loan products and providing cheque-book to clients. Although sales team employees are expected to provide opinion on allocation decision, the responsibility to decide on loans remain with Branch Manager
  • Prepares and ensures the preparation of handover reports due to transfers and assignments. In order to manage client relations, ensures the usage at its maximum efficiency of our Banks’ existing Sales Opportunities, Sale to Incoming Client, Creating New Sale Opportunity, Client Recognition Screen.
  • Takes measures that would ensure bet sale of our Bank products and services in line with our Bank overall targets and strategies; personally materializes/ensure the materialization of sales activities in this direction inside and outside the branch.
  • Provides monthly report to attached unit regarding Branch Business and Visit Plans.
  • With the help of Branch Authorized Person / Operations Director / Operations Authorized Person, closely monitors the branch technical operations, ensures that legal obligations related to technical operations are implemented in line with our Bank regulation and other relevant legislation.
  • Ensures that commission, fees and expenses related to provided services are collected and accounted within our regulation.
  • Ensures that in line with the legislation, all kinds of deficiencies specified in every form and report by the employees of Supervisory Board or Internal Control Division and takes measures to avoid their repetition.
  • Ensures that branch accountancy operations, accountancy accounts settlements, preparations of periodic tables, situations and sheets are timely and accurately prepared.
  • Ensures that system failures, electrical and communication disconnections are dealt within the respective regulations for banking services.
  • Ensures that measures foreseen with relevant legislation against fraud and abuse attempts are implemented.
  • Ensures the protection and safety of branch employees and service buildings against fire, robbery and attacks.

  • University Degree in related field (Bank and Finance, Economics, Marketing, Law).
  • Full Banking Sector knowledge .
  • Good Knowledge of Banking products.
  • Management experience 3-5 years
  • Fluent in English Language
