  • Responsible advising guests of the hotel and other guests in the selection of wellness, fitness and other cosmetic treatments;
  • Responsible for developing personal telephone conversations with guests and clients, selling products, services and treatments at the Wellness & SPA Center;
  • Responsible for hotel guest consultations and assignment of terms for services and treatments at the Wellness & SPA Center;
  • Responsible for dealing with client complaints and the first contact point in this regard;
  • Responsible for drafting budget expenditures at the Wellness & SPA Center;
  • Responsible for keeping records of guests and other visitors entering and leaving the Wellness & SPA Center;
  • Responsible for ordering and purchasing all necessary materials for the Wellness & SPA Center and monitoring / follow up as well as market research;
  • Responsible for the fulfillment and observance of standards of service at the reception of the Center;
  • Responsible for expanding and maintaining contacts with guests and clients;
  • Responsible for the professional treatment of guests' complaints, within the framework of opportunities;
  • Responsible for receiving, storing and checking the received material at the reception of the Center and at the beginning of each month to prepare inventory / registration;
  • Responsible for setting and maintaining the working hours of the employees in the Center.
  • Responsible for employee motivation at the Wellness & SPA Center and providing guidance on all questions / services related to this Center.
  • Responsible for keeping the hygiene, cleanliness and order, according to the criteria and standards set by the directorate in the reception area of ??the Center;
  • Responsible for polite, friendly, professional and courteous care to guests;
  • Cares for the escort of guests and clients at the Wellness & SPA Center;
  • Takes care of the unhindered workflow at the reception;
  • Takes care of active participation in specific departmental meetings and implementation of important issues, resulting from these meetings;
  • Take care to immediately inform the Hotel Director about extraordinary events;
  • Takes care of tracking information and questions to relevant departments;
  • Cares for warm hospitality, live and fair greeting of guests;
  • Maintain excellent and reputable appearance, keeping the uniform clean, displaying the name in uniform and meeting the standards of personal hygiene;
  • Make sure that guests are satisfied with the services in the Center by providing quick answers to their questions;
  • Ensures proper, adequate and good housekeeping of inventory, computer equipment etc;
  • Cares for maintaining and meeting international sanitary and health standards at the recreational reception, in particular hygiene control of work, control of the use of appliances, fire safety etc;
  • Materially responses to the work and all the actions taken during the performance of the work for which it is competent;
  • Responsible for compiling monthly and periodic reports for the work done and for all results and eventual problems of work;
  • Performs other professional work, as per the request and instructions of the Hotel Director, which work is within the scope of its activity.

Kërkesat e profilit


  • Higher professional education in the field of tourism and hotel, with specialization Wellness & SPA;
  • Have three (3) years working experience as Wellness & SPA Manager in 4 or 5 Star hotels;
  • Certificate for conducting professional training in SPA & Wellness;
  • Sufficient professional experience to withstand the under pressure work and the responsibilities associated with this annex to the employment contract and other normative acts of the employer;
  • Very good professional knowledge in the field of wellness department management;
  • Skills to learn with willingness and interest and enthusiasm for work;
  • Skills for pleasant, cultured and willing to help;
  • Skills to solve and face problems in practical situations;
  • Good communication skills in Albanian, and at least two other international languages;
  • Ability to work flexibly, including overnight shift, weekends and holidays;
  • Good computer skills and knowledge in the field of IT (Microsoft Office programs, Fidelio etc);
  • Ability to create excellent relationships between personal and team work as well as disciplined;
  • Decision-making skills, self-initiated and ready to take responsibility in its work;
  • Ability to work independently, clean and responsible, as well as robust workability;
  • Knowledge to streamline work activities in a quiet and guest-oriented way;
  • Listening, flexible and diplomatic approach to problems;
  • Talent for organization and improvisation, recognition and intuition of people.
