For our Client, a well-known online business, we are looking for in Tirana:



  • Understanding client needs and customize solutions and product offering and pricing to achieve acquisition and revenue target;
  • Identifying new clients through effective networking and any tools you have and that are available to you;
  • Developing database of leads through referrals, telephone, face to face meetings (optional), calling to business owners/general managers/responsible persons, direct mail (post mail) if is needed, e-mail and networking;
  • Meeting monthly sales KPI (Key Performance Indicators);
  • Communicating effectively to manage client’s expectations to ensure they receive a great Feedback;
  • Selling value added products and subscriptions to new and older (expired or cancelled) client accounts;
  • Reviewing clients’ accounts and highlight areas where the client can improve their performance to get more out of their listings;
  • Being the first point of contact with the client including as the initial technical reference point;
  • Regularly updating dashboard to track all sales activities;
  • Participating in sales activities related to processes and tools;
  • Becoming an expert for sales;
  • Continuously being in touch with your manager.
