For our Client, we are looking for the following position in Tirana:


Job Description:

  • Implements the local product marketing strategies as developed by Country Manager and under the supervision of the CM;
  • Delivers a product message in relation to customer interests, in line with the local product marketing strategies as devised by the product manager and in collaboration with the CM;
  • Assistance to medical and healthcare organizations in purchasing company products. Detailed calls and sales reports according to established procedures;
  • Maintains and develops contacts with existing product prescribers or prescription influencers. Identifies and initiates contacts with new potential product prescribers or prescription influencers. Not less than 15 customer visits daily. The visit plan must be co-ordinated with and approved by CM;
  • Keeps himself / herself informed about the sales situation in his/her area, about general and specific product information and about all matters of importance for carrying out his/her tasks. Ensures that the CM is properly informed about all the essential facts related to field activities or sales development;
  • Marketing research in his/her area: customer needs analysis and related reporting to management. Information collection and analysis about activities of competitors and distributors;
  • Participates in the running of local and international events (symposia). Identifies participants in these events;
  • Permanent professional upgrading. Participates in courses to improve his/her knowledge and skills;
  • Performs other duties assigned to him/her as and when required.


Kërkesat e profilit


  • Higher medical and/or business education;
  • Not less than 2 years of previous experience;
  • Driving license;
  • Strong selling, communication, influencing, presentation skills and experience;
  • Medical competence;
  • Motivation to achieve the agreed sales targets;
  • Fair knowledge of English language.
