For our Client a well-known portual operation company,we are looking for the following position in Durrës:

                                     FINANCE MANAGER

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and annual financial statements;
  • Preparation of forecasts and Budget;
  • Preparation of Business plans and feasibilities;
  • Preparation of analytical and other ad hoc reports;
  • Cash Flow Management including debt collection and affecting payments;
  • Liaising with banks;
  • Monitoring and controlling company expenditure;
  • Liaising with group’s auditors and any other professional institutions;
  • Other duties assigned to you by the Group’s Chief Financial Officer.

Kërkesat e profilit

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed commercial education or similar knowledge gained through professional experience;
  • Minumi of 1-2 years of diversified administrative experience in the area of finance, and/or corporate controlling are required;
  • Experience in the fields finance and accounting, balance sheet accounting;
  • Experience in the fields of corporate controlling is of advantage;
  • Profound legal and financial expert knowledge regarding the situation in Albania;
  • Accuracy;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Good planning and self-organization;
  • Communication skills;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and accounting programs;
  • Good understanding of required quality, time and budgeted resources;
  • Good understanding of required processes and procedures (e.g. controlling, budgets);
  • Knowledge to develop optimum workflows and to continuously optimize these procedures;
  • Good internal and external information management;
  • Good Command of English language (written and spoken).
