POSITION SUMMARY:

As Store Manager, you're responsible for meeting the sales and profitability targets. You work strategically and seek continuous improvement in how to streamline operations to provide a fantastic customer experience in your store.

You ensure that your team is well-trained and customer-oriented, and you work actively with succession planning and talent development. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. You act in line with our Values and Leadership Expectations. You contribute to our business success by being results driven, business minded and a team player, a role model for H&M.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and regularly follows sales and profit KPIs and acts accordingly to maximize results
  • Together with Team Management, set up a schedule in line with your sales budget
  • Together with Team Management, it ensures that the schedule maximizes conversion within the framework of the hours plan
  • Together with the Team, prioritize actions that have a clear impact on sales
  • Give feedback to the Area team regarding store assignments to ensure a good level and the right amount of clothing to support sales
  • Ensure that the execution of the store continuously meets H&M standards and follow them using the customer experience tool
  • Implement and follow store operations best practices
  • Ensure that H&M customer service standards are met in the store
  • Actively work with talent and leadership development in the store in order to support business needs
  • Ensure regular and clear communication to the store team about the company's performance, corporate culture and values, and goals globally and locally
  • Ensure that health and safety as well as legal issues are handled according to H&M standards and local laws, ensuring the safety of employees and customers at all times
  • Strengthen our corporate culture by promoting feedback in our daily work and train the store team to do the same

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Delegate follow up and provide feedback to support the development of the team.
  • Similar professional experience would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Motivation to develop further in the company
