For our client, Lidl, we are looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Specialist, for their office in Prishtina.

Simplicity and process orientation determine everyday operations in the stores, regional distribution centers and services. As a system provider, Lidl Stiftung, headquartered in Neckarsulm, is responsible for the design and structure of standardized processes.

Job duties & responsibilities:

1. Plan, search, development, and execution of expansion locations and optimizationof the Lidl real estate portfolio;
2. Definition of measures to positively influence sales and earnings development;
3. Initiation and maintenance of contacts with external business partners;
4. Development of strategies for optimal cost-benefit ratio of the portfolio;
5. Managing the release of capital from uncompetitive real estates;

Requirements for this position are:

1. Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture or civil engineering;
2. At least 3 year experience on similar position;
3. Good level of English (minimum B1);
4. Driving license B category;
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
6. Analytical skills, attention to detail and flexibility;
7. Availability to travel (over 80%).
