As a member of our proactive, customer oriented sales team you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Creating sales network;
  • Offering after-sales support services;
  • Establishing and maintaining new and existing long-term relationships with customers;
  • Develop and maintain a customer database;
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements through frequently visits of customers;
  • Active participation in creation of pricing policy;
  • Active participation in creation of assortment;
  • Coordinating sales projects;
  • Creating offers to customers;
  • Negotiating tender and closing sales by negotiating terms and conditions;
  • Following and control of  outstanding debts;
  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports from field sales;
  • Carry out market research and surveys;
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.

Kërkesat e profilit

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical engineering-Electro energetic;
  • Knowledge and experience of industrial circuit breakers(molded case and air circuit breakers, contactors, overload relays, miniature circuit breakers, fuses, switches) and other electrical industrial equipment’s(frequency drivers, motors, transformers etc.);
  • Experience in industry-Electrical department or maintenance is advantage;
  • Sales of industrial electrical equipment’s is advantage;
  • Knowledge of the market in Kosovo (whole sales, retails sales);
  • Knowledge of articles and read technical documentation;
  • Experience in whole sales.


  • English language, Serbian is an advantage;
  • PC skills (MS Office);
  • Driving license B category;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • The ability to build relationships with clients quickly;
  • Sound judgment and good business sense;
  • Team working ability and flexible and proactive personality;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
