For our branch in Tirana, Albania and we are looking for the following profile to join us.


The recruitment specialist monitors trends on the job market and analyzes the recruitment data available in the organization.

The recruitment process usually generates many useful data, but the data have to analyze and the recommendation has to be published. It is the role of the recruitment specialist

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs;
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport;
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications;
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites;
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements;
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications;
  • Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them;
  • Analyzes the recruitment software and implements changes and improvements
  • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.

Kërkesat e profilit

  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or relevant field required;
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the same field;
  • Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills;
  • Experience in employee relations and extensive knowledge of labor law and regulations is mandatory;
  • Problem solving orientation and excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to reach compromise;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure, with little guidance;
  • Team player and detail-oriented;
  • Excellent ability in judging situation and initiative with little guidance.
  • Emotional maturity and ability to deal with matters of strict confidentiality.  
  • Good organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Excellent ability in developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external clients;
