For our Client an international leader company in field of Automotive Technology, based in Tirana, Albania we are looking for:


Provide expertise & support to Sales forces on a defined area of knowledge (market analysis, competitor, pricing, systems, etc.) to contribute to the achievement of business objectives. Provide competitive pricing to secure market share growth.

  • Key responsibility of the job role is sales of our products and getting more customers in Albania;
  • Working directly with the end users, but also with the distributors;
  • To be responsible for customer relationship management;
  • To lead and coordinate activities cross functional (eg. Technical departments, customer service, business development) and in other countries (he will have technical and customer service support in some other countries and need to coordinate);
  • To represent the company as the knowledge engineering company providing value propositions through the five platforms;
  • To contribute to the development of the business plan;
  • To be responsible for achieving profitable growth, pricing and cost development and contribute to scorecard targets (operational and strategic);
  • To lead negotiations for local contracts and/or local programs and prepare commercial offers;
  • To be responsible for acting on good quality of the order book and timely payments together with customer service and other relevant stakeholders;
  • To follow management instructions and procedures; to report Environment Health and Safety (EHS) risks and EHS related incidents; to follow quality specifications and requirements, and identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement;
  • To care for Distributors development (DVP, DD college, Sales skills, NMO, training);
  • To manage the Quotation Handling process according to local delegation rules, including complex quotations;
  • To manage activities for generation of leads (e.g. Marketing, campaigns, DSP).
  • To coordinate contract preparations, sales history analysis, opportunities development across platforms etc;
  • To contribute to promoting company e-business solutions;
  • To actively support competence development of his/her colleagues by sharing own experience;
  • To maintain the company’s local web page.

Kërkesat e profilit

  • University Degree in Mechanic Engineering or relevant field;
  • More than 10 years relevant experience or equivalent;
  • Technical knowledge;
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices;
  • Knowledge of market research;
  • Experience in making presentation;
  • Verbal and written communication;
  • Organizing and planning;
  • Target orientation;
  • Problem analysis and problem solving; Information management;
