BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER – SKOPJE, MACEDONIA

We are looking for an innovative and driven business development officer to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for analyzing our customer base and current sales strategies and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability. We are seeking a candidate who is creatively-minded and eager to think outside the box when it comes to our customers and their needs. Candidates with a background in sales who are analytically minded and motivated will do well in this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identifying, prospecting and finding new partners and clients;
  • Promotion and sales of company products and services;
  • Developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with key clients and prospects;
  • Finding new clients and sales channels, building relationships with existing ones and creating awareness by promoting the image of project/service/company;
  • Monitor local market trends and identify risks to the business;
  • Identifying and suggesting business opportunities to increase market penetration for company services;
  • Market research and competition monitoring .

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Takes care of the company-customer relation optimization;
  • Takes care of the good development of the sales process;
  • Takes care of promoting company image in relation with the customers;
  • Participates in creating marketing and sales budget, participates in setting the marketing and sales target;
  • Manages the marketing database of the company;
  • Informs the customers or potential customers regarding the companies’ activities directly or by means of different sales channels; 
  • Identifies the market structure, current and potential customers;
  • Researches the market concerning the used prices in the activity field and makes suggestions to the company’s business model/prices change;
  • Collects the market data and makes market reports;
  • Executes any other tasks given by hierarchical manager.

  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Experience in similar industry or positions in sales or  business development is advantage;
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance or other related field;
  • Highly responsible and  self-initiative ;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Driving license B category;
