Job Description

For our Client, an international company in retail industry, we are looking for:

RETAIL SALES CHANNEL MANANAGER-PRISHTINA

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the retail strategy and drive retail specific strategic projects
  • Drive sales and increase turnover and return in shops by making full use of promotional tools and take it to the next level
  • Lead retail initiatives, leveraging support from International Retail Department, analyzing results and feeding back marketing team
  • Develop, coach and inspire your team of Store Managers and Volunteers to fulfill their potential and ensure the stores are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage all key cost control areas with the shops and provide direction to the retail management team to enable them to meet their KPI targets
  • Strive to create, retain and develop a strong and motivated retail management team
  • Ensure that the customer experience is being consistently delivered across Kosovo through developing innovative training solutions
  • Cooperate with other sales channels to implement sales activities
  • Together with marketing department prepare brand marketing plans

Requirements

  • Confident in dealing with budgets, planning, target setting, training & team leadership.
  • Ability to build relationships to support team members, share resources, and knowledge and collaborate with others to achieve goals
  • Marketing awareness
  • Handle multiple activities, establish priorities, meet and set deadlines, deal with distractions and interruptions and overall work efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to make bold decisions and respond with confidence to challenges from others
  • Able to analyze and understand information to draw conclusions
  • Natural coaching style that inspires others to succeed
  • High levels of positive energy and passion for the brand
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
