Job Description

Plans, manages and controls all Commercial activities, including people and resources regarding Kosovo unit to achieve volume targets, profitability and market share.

·         Sales volume growth;
·         NSR/u.c. as per BP or higher;
·         Profitability and market share increase of all categories;
·         Customer satisfaction improvement YoY;
·         Productivity increase for Commercial;

·         Talent development & succession pipeline in Kosovo as per future organizational needs;

•      Driving license B.
