For our Client, Coca-Cola Hellenic one of the biggest companies in the non-alcoholic beverage industry we are looking for:

                                                 REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – KOSOVO

Plans manage and control all Commercial activities, including people and resources regarding Kosovo unit to achieve volume targets, profitability, and market share.

KEY ROLE OUTCOMES / KBIs:

  • Sales volume growth;
  • NSR/u.c. as per BP or higher;
  • Profitability and market share increase of all categories;
  • Customer satisfaction improvement YoY;
  • Productivity increase for Commercial;
  • Sustainable Engagement & Values Index improvement for Commercial Kosovo organization;
  • Talent development & succession pipeline in Kosovo as per future organizational needs;

COMMERCIAL TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
