  • Answer calls and respond to emails;
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email;
  • Research required information using available resources;
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints;
  • Provide customers with product and service information;
  • Enter new customer information into system;
  • Update existing customer information;
  • Process orders, forms and applications;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues;
  • Route calls to appropriate resource;
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary;
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures;
  • Complete call logs;
  • Produce call reports;

Απαιτήσεις

  • Minimum 2 – 3 months experience in the same field;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • A strong customer focus and excellent telephone manner;
  • The ability to work well in teams;
  • A clear and friendly telephone voice;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Good data entry and typing skills;
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes;
  • A desire to help others work towards targets and develop their skills;
  • Confidence and a good business sense;
  • Ability to set, meet and exceed targets;
  • A focused and self-motivated approach to work;
  • Ability to manage change;
  • A professional attitude when dealing with customers.

LANGUGAGE: Proficiency in Italian language (Advanced Level)
