Περιγραφή εργασίας

  • Store Manager is responsible for the entire operations of the store.
  • Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Managing stock levels according to the budget and making key decisions about stock control;
  • Collect, filter and send the daily orders;
  • Responding to customer complaints and comments;
  • Coaching the performance of the store employees;
  • Dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff; conducting appraisals and performance reviews;
  • Control the monthly operational expenses;
  • Taking care the look and feel of the internal and exterior appearance of the store;
  • Record sales results and perform analysis;
  • Monitor the local competition and report to MD/ HQ;
  • Coordinate the finance department and organizing the cash delivery;
  • Timely completion of administrative and other related tasks.

Απαιτήσεις

  • Advanced Degree in Business Administration;
  • At least 3 years of working experience in sales and management position;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Albanian, English and in Greek;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
  • very good organizational and coordination skills;
  • Excellent planning and monitoring skills;
  • Very good knowledge regarding to the Inventory;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to delegate and negotiate;
  • Interpersonal skills to manage people and working as part of a team to solve problems.
