onecontact TECH is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help our HR and Talent acquisition team. We are rapidly growing in the Balkans and are looking for an individual who is independent, detail-oriented, a team player, and has Administrative/HR experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day Office tasks and support HR Administrator on tasks assigned on a daily basis.
Perform Administrative tasks assigned and ensure that tasks are completed on time
Communicate with team members and respond to their questions
Work with the CEO of the company on a special project
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Update internal systems and ensure all documents are kept confidential and are organized.
Help talent acquisition team in recruiting/scheduling interview
Purchase various items required in daily operations of the office
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.

Απαιτήσεις

Requirements:

2-3 Years of Administrative Experience
University Degree

Qualifications:

Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills
Positive, self-motivated attitude with high energy
Ability to think, problem-solve, take action, and follow-through
You are resourceful and don't shy away from challenges.
