The group is organized by geographical business unit, of which the CRIT business unit covers operations in 3 countries: Italy, Czech Republic, and Albania.
The CRIT business unit is fast growing and is expected to more than double size over the next years. In conjunction with this growth trajectory, the group has decided to further invest in its finance team by creation a new position: CRIT Senior Financial Controller.
Based in Tirana, this CRIT newly created position will report directly to CRIT Chief Finance Officer.
MAIN ROLE
The Senior Financial Controller is accountable for all account management (preparation and analysis) for the whole business unit covering the 3 countries, ie. Italy, Czech Republic, and Albania.
Core responsibility – Business Partnering Role
Budget
Responsible of the budget process and of the monthly rolling forecast
Provides visibility to the CRIT on the international accounts’ financials
Monthly accounts
Accountable of the monthly revenue recognition (in coordination with the account / operation managers)
Designs and support the production of monthly reporting dashboards
Analyse monthly variances actuals vs budget vs Forecast. Support account / operations managers identifying root cause and in proposing remedy action plans
Formalize findings and explanations in monthly reporting dashboards
Financial communication to the shareholder
Preparation of the CRIT Monthly Business Review presentation, and support of the preparation of the various other meetings with CRIT shareholder
Financial Efficiency & Support to commercial teams
Provide support on commercial aspects (price calculation, price indexation, commercial repricing) and administrative aspects (central invoicing, etc…) on an ad-hoc basis
Contribute to indirect cost monitoring and to action plans aiming to increase CRIT financial performances
Ad-hoc analysis and project-based responsibilities
Provide recommendations and continuously aim to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Contribute (and leads depending on the project) to CRIT finance or operational projects (new tools if any, etc…). As short-term and key strategic priority for 2022, a new financial ERP shall be implemented in CRIT. The Senior Financial Controller will contribute to this project
Lead and participate in the design of processes to reinforce the quality of the financial information.
PROFILE & SKILLS
More than 4 years professional experience as financial controller and/or as consultant/auditor in a BIG4.
International experiences. Fluent English writing and speaking skills are required.
Strong academic background. Graduated from Business School or University
Advanced computer skills on MS Office (XL is your best friend!) and databases
High attention to detail and accuracy. A well-structured and rigorous way of working
People & Management. Ability to direct and supervise. A strong appetite for working in an international environment and to communicate with people of other culture and of other areas of expertise (eg. operational and commercial people).
Personal mindset and alignment with Webhelp culture. Strong ability to work in a team with good communication skills and positive spirit. Easy to work with attitude and approach. Pro-active and can-do attitude, willingness and ability to work under own initiative. Flexible individual, able to adapt to a quickly changing environment and drive continuous improvement.
