For our Client a well-established company in the field of Tourism and hospitality sector, in Macedonia, we are looking for:

 

  • Increase of revenues and increase of occupancy rate of the hotels
  • Identifying market opportunities
  • Develop and implement special sales activities for low-season
  • Creating a strategy for sales and marketing to: a) individuals (locals and foreigners) b) businesses and organizations (seminars and events) c) sport groups etc.
  • Understanding potential guest needs (both individual and groups) in order to create satisfied customers
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Preparation of an individual/personalized offers to groups
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Monitoring of sale trends, competition, supply and demand in the specific market
  • Creation of promotional materials and activities
  • Prepare action plans and schedules, to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Identify and contact sales prospects
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
  • Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients
  • Valid driver’s license B category
