FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR – PRISHTINA

JOB OBJECTIVE

• Improves sales results of company's products (NSR per UC. OC mix, % of sales channel share, transaction growth) and ensures achievement of sales and activation objectives taking care and adjusting business to long-term achievement of company's objectives (managing team, monitoring field trends and using all opportunities available);
• Actively monitors market trends, seeks new placement opportunities, influences increase of market share of our products and market coverage, and improves business profitability;
• Develops team members in accordance with the principles of situational management taking into account their level of readiness, potential and performance;
• Ensures continued development of talents and setting up implementation of inheritance plans in the region;

REQUIREMENTS:

• VI/1 or VII degree of vocational education in any field;
• Computer literacy (MS Office);
• At least two years of work on identical or similar positions
• Intermediate knowledge of English;
• B driving licence;
