JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manages entire process of company’s communication campaigns from small to large scale, including promotions.
• Closely cooperates with creative agency to give them guidance and ensure quality of proposed creative solutions.
• Regularly proposes creative solutions to ensure better visibility, reach and interaction / engagement with customers.
• Prepares and ensures brand positioning.
• Manages website (copy-writing, information update timely and with quality, monitoring of visits).
• Plans, organizes, and manages customer and corporate events.
• Checks or prepares independently Copywriting of brochures, flyers, manuals, web page, ads, radio ads and co-op with external copywriter, copyedit, and proofread for any communication needs.
• Ensures adequate promotional materials availability.
• Performs any/all other tasks assigned by the manager within area of responsibility.

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Required Professional Education:
• Bachelor Degree/Master in Business, Economics, or Marketing.
• Required working experience:
• Experience in Marketing min 3-4 years.
• Required Skills:
• Strong Proficiency of Microsoft Office package.
• Excellent knowledge of: creative advertising, market and segment groups, event management and brand positioning, company Products and Services.
• Excels in creativity.
• Communicative and highly developed communication and writing skills.
• Specific Physical and mental Characteristics required:
• Creative mind, Skills in oral and written communication.
• Ability to make sound decisions using available information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in the team.
• Fluent in Albanian and English.
