For our Client an international In-store Marketing Management and Software Development Company with HQ in U.S., soon to be based in Prishtina, Kosovo we are looking for:

3D ARTIST – PRISHTINA

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Highly motivated individual who thrives in an environment where problems are open-ended;
• Well-rounded 3D Artist with Modeling, UV’ing, Rigid body Rigging/Skinning, Texturing, Shader Materials;
• Animation, Lighting, Composition, Rendering, File Conversion, Exporting and general scene assembly experience;
• Genuinely excited about technology and have a strong interest in learning;
• Can manage multiple projects creating animations, drawings, renderings, assets, sketches, designs, tech- sheets that support MTI business requirements;
• Ability to develop, update and maintain high quality asset library;
• Work closely with managers, strategists and project team;
• Willingness for some travel (Less than 10%).

MUST HAVE:

• Solid portfolio, showcasing 3D design and animation projects;
• Working experience using 3D Max/Maya or equivalent 3D program;
• Ability to communicate ideas via play blasts, renderings, mockups or sketches;
• Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Fine Arts and/or equivalent work experience;

OTHER VALUED SKILLS:

• Substance Painter;
• 3D Scanning/Photogrammetry familiarity;
• Mental Ray, Vray and/or Arnold knowledge;
• Offsite render farm familiarity;
• Unity/Unreal familiarity;
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
